💳 Billing & Usage Controls

  • Max Budget Limits (Staging) – New billing controls now allow accounts on per-minute pricing plans to set maximum monthly call usage. Calls are automatically blocked once the limit is reached, preventing unexpected overages. Options include fixed minute caps or an unlimited overage toggle.

🤖 Agent Builder Enhancements

  • AI-Generated Agent Setup (Staging) – The Agent Chat Builder now uses an advanced reasoning model to generate complete agent configurations, including initial messages, voicemail templates, and call flows. Users can also make direct test calls before saving. Currently available for creation, with edit flow support planned next.

📋 Campaign Management

  • Campaign Overview Page (Staging) – Early version now live, showing campaign metadata such as name, status, contact count, and start date. Supports adding or removing numbers and bulk pasting emails for faster setup. Graph data and scheduling tools are next in line.
  • Card-Based Campaign Builder (Staging) – The new step builder interface is now available in staging, featuring modular campaign flow cards and support for future integrations with additional automation components.

📞 Call History & Error Handling

  • Improved Call Status Indicators – Call logs now clearly distinguish between fatal call errors and recoverable issues (like webhook or API timeouts), giving teams more accurate visibility into performance and quality.

⚙️ Infrastructure & Scaling

  • Concurrency Bottleneck Resolved – A redesigned locking mechanism for call creation now supports over 100 concurrent calls with near-perfect scaling. Successfully validated in production environments.
  • Enhanced API Observability – The core API is now instrumented with structured logging and OpenTelemetry, enabling full cross-service tracing for faster debugging and deeper performance insights.

🧰 Developer Tools

  • Bulk Campaign Number Scripting – Backend scripting now allows adding 50+ phone numbers to campaigns in a single action, eliminating UI bottlenecks for large-scale or high-volume campaign setups.

🔄 Call Lifecycle Events

  • Finalized Call Records – A new event ensures that all post-call processes, including summaries and follow-ups, are completed before a call record is marked as finished—improving data reliability.
  • Workflow Completion Events – Calls now emit explicit “workflow completed” signals, forming the foundation for upcoming automated post-call email and SMS notifications.
