  • Improved In-Progress Call Filtering (Staging) – Call history now properly displays active calls without requiring users to remove date filters, enabling smoother live monitoring.

🧭 Navigation & UI Improvements

  • Custom Page Titles (Staging) – Tabs now show contextual titles (e.g., Edit Agent, Campaigns), making it easier to bookmark and navigate specific pages. This also enhances SEO indexing and user navigation.

🧪 Testing & Debugging Tools

  • Agent Transcript Tester (Staging) – New tool allows users to replay call transcripts, edit conversation logic, and regenerate agent responses before applying changes.
  • Supports human-in-the-loop prompt tuning, with future plans for automated error detection and version comparison.

📋 Campaign Management

  • Customizable CSV Exports (Staging) – Users can now select columns and reorder them before exporting campaign data. Includes improved handling of post-call results (record limits still apply).
  • Multiple Contact Windows (Staging) – Campaigns now support multiple configurable contact windows with names, descriptions, timezones, and fallback logic. UI polish is in progress, but functionality is already live.

🔄 Post-Call Workflows

  • Synchronous Call Actions (Production) – Post-call actions now execute synchronously, ensuring all workflows run in order without delay.
  • Post-Call Webhook Event (Staging) – A new “post call processing completed” event triggers only after summaries and workflows finish.
  • Email & SMS Follow-Ups (Staging) – Agents can now send automated post-call emails or SMS referencing transcript variables. This currently supports referencing previous calls, with a UI update planned to simplify setup.
