✉️ Post-Call Communication Workflows (Staging)

  • New feature: Automated post-call SMS and email actions. Each is a separate workflow triggered after a call record is finalized.
  • Providers supported: Twilio (SMS) and SMTP email.
  • Variable support: All standard context variables (first name, to/from number, transcript URL, etc.) available for personalized follow-ups.

🔧 Integration Fixes (Production)

  • Go High Level auto-sync restored: Activity records now log correctly for outbound campaigns.
  • TLDCRM tracking fixed: Activity records map to accurate contact IDs and phone numbers again.
  • Both changes are live in production for all connected accounts.

  • Date-Range Filtering: Completed API-side support for start/end date queries covering unfinished or in-progress calls → better reporting accuracy.
  • Concurrency limits: Legacy environment issues isolated and resolved; new environments now respect per-account limits properly.
  • Number format validation: Transfer actions now auto-convert to E.164 format to avoid Telnyx call failures.
  • Recording URL race condition fixed: All completed calls now correctly display recording links.

🎧 Voice & Audio Quality Tuning (Production)

  • Noise-cancellation sensitivity adjusted to ~15 %, reducing clipped openings and improving transcript accuracy.
