🧠 AI Voice & Call Experience

  • Dynamic Conversation Speed (Production) – Agents now automatically adjust their speaking pace based on caller responsiveness, creating smoother and more natural-sounding conversations.
  • Automatic Call Extension (Production) – Calls that reach the configured duration limit can now continue seamlessly if the conversation is still active, preventing abrupt endings.
  • Background Sound Options (Production) – Add optional office, keyboard, or ambient noise behind agent voices for a more realistic experience. Available now on the dashboard under Call Settings.

📈 User Engagement & Analytics

  • User Engagement Dashboard (Production) – A new analytics dashboard tracks verified users, onboarding completion, last API key usage, and total call duration per account. Unverified users are automatically filtered out for cleaner metrics.
  • Onboarding Completion Flag – Accounts now include a flag marking full onboarding completion, making it easier to identify drop-offs and incomplete setups in sign-up analytics.

👥 Invitations & Organization Management

  • Simplified Invitation Flow (Production) – Completely rebuilt invite system now supports one outstanding invite per organization with dedicated tracking for accepted and unaccepted invites.
  • Automatic Org Assignment – Invited users are automatically added to their organization after verifying their email, removing the need for manual admin approval.
  • Multi-Organization Switcher (Production) – A new organization selector now appears at login, letting users choose their active workspace immediately instead of navigating through settings.

🧭 Agent Builder & UI Improvements

  • Test Actions Without Saving (Production) – You can now run live test calls from the agent editor to validate configurations without committing changes.
  • Post-Call Settings Tab (Staging) – Post-call workflows, SMS, and email configuration panels have been moved into a dedicated tab to declutter the main agent editor.
  • Improved Provider Selection UX (Staging) – Added intuitive delete and selection controls for SMS/email providers, making configuration faster and less error-prone.

📞 Call History & Filtering

  • Voicemail Filter (Production) – Call history now supports filtering by voicemail status, allowing easier debugging and analysis of unanswered calls.
  • Provider Default Reversion – Default outbound telephony provider reverted for improved consistency and lower operational cost, following instability.

🧰 Developer Experience

  • Invite Table in Database (Production) – The new invite table provides better debugging visibility, allowing engineers to track invite status changes and troubleshoot org membership issues easily.

FAQs about this week’s update

Highlights on call experience, signup flow, and analytics.

What does Dynamic Conversation Speed change for callers?

Agents modulate pace based on pauses and responsiveness, reducing over-talk and making conversations feel more natural.

Can I use background sounds without impacting latency?

Yes. Background audio is mixed locally with the agent output; choose shorter loops for minimal bandwidth.

How does the new invite flow reduce friction?

Invited users are auto-added to the org after verifying email, and a dedicated invite record prevents duplicate/outdated invites.
